The Senior Energy Manager will guide the delivery of services to clients who have commercial buildings and have subscribed to AtSite’s proprietary Performax Buildings’ energy management platform. She/he will have an in-depth knowledge of commercial, institutional and multi-family residential buildings and significant practical experience in reducing a building’s energy consumption. This position is client facing and requires skill in oral and written communications and political sensitivity. The ideal candidate has strong quantitative skills and is a creative problem solver.

Candidate Qualifications
•Undergraduate degree a relevant field of study: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, or a least 10 years of equivalent practical experience
•Knowledge of energy efficiency and/or sustainability
•LEED AP or Green Associate is a plus
•Proficient with MS Office
