The Energy Analyst is central to our delivery of energy reduction services to our clients. She/he will manage the technological interface with our clients buildings that allow us to monitor in real time energy usage and demand. She/he will analyze energy data to identify anomalies in performance and determine best practices. The ideal candidate has strong quantitative skills, is knowledgeable in statistics and data mining techniques, and is able to draw creative insights from analysis.

Proficient with statistical and data mining techniques and software
Strong quantitative analytical skills
A creative problem solver; able to extract insights from data
Well organized; able to multi-task and set priorities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Candidate Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in math or science
Knowledge of energy efficiency and/or sustainability are not required, but a plus
LEED AP or Green Associate is a plus
Proficient with MS Office
