The Energy Program Manager is responsible for delivery of the Lee Technologies client energy management program, specifically as it relates to building control and monitoring systems. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintaining design integrity, modification, operating parameters, maintenance programs, operational/maintenance procedures, efficiency, and effectiveness of the facilities control and monitoring systems. Examples of these systems are: Building Automation Systems, Electrical Power Monitoring System, and Facility Process Reporting. Additionally, responsible for operational analysis, business case development, and reporting related to assigned facility systems. The BAO manager can be assigned as a project manager over small facility related projects. Responsibilities include:
1. Design and modification of facility systems within area of expertise.
2. Provide operational parameters, maintenance tasks, schedules, and best practices for facility systems assigned.
3. Provides analysis of operational data to monitor efficiency and effectiveness of assigned systems. Develops, trends, and analyzes various facility metrics of the associated system to meet customer requirements.
4. Provides procedures for operation, maintenance, and upset conditions of assigned systems.
5. Project management over facilities projects as assigned.
6. Assists in the training of facilities personnel on their assigned systems.
7. Develops business case studies and cost proposals, as required.
8. Provides supervision, requirements technical expertise and assistance to BAO managers in assigned areas.
9. Coordinate, build consensus, and facilitate the flow of information to all stakeholders.

Facility system data is being translated into useful and valid information; maintains interoperability between systems.
Assigned facilities systems have full documentation, procedures, and maintenance programs of assigned systems.
Training, development, and supervision of BAO team members.
Works with clients and project managers to support technical issues on their projects
Troubleshoots and assesses facilities as required
Provides for continuous improvements resulting in higher reliability and reduced costs

Bachelor degree in a technical capacity
5 years experience in critical environments
5 years supervision
10 years experience with design and/or installation of building automation and monitoring systems and a solid understanding of the associated applied mechanical and electrical concepts.
